Taking a break from my usual posts to ask you guys for help with something that is very near and dear to me...
My best friend has recently become the victim of domestic violence and needs all the help she can get. She is the mother of a one-year-old and is one of the kindest and most selfless people I know. Due to this incident she has had to quit her new job and move across country to be with her support system of family and friends. The cost of the move, legal fees and other expenses has put her and her child in a really tough spot.
I set up a GoFundMe account for her, to help alleviate her financial burden during this difficult transition. Whether it's fifty cents, or even a positive thought or prayer, any sort of contribution would make a world of difference in helping her get back on her feet. Even the simple act of sharing this with your friends and family could be of tremendous help.
