Find Out How Candela Novembre Masters Workwear
Photo via: A Love Is Blind
Chic and professional workwear is definitely not the easiest thing to come by. Thankfully, we stumbled upon Candela Novembre's street style look for stylish office inspiration. We are major fans of how she neatly layers a sleeveless grey dress over a sleeveless white button-down shirt and completes the polished work look with a tote bag and strappy heels.

Re-Think Office Appropriate With This Ensemble
Photo via: Elle
Office fashion trends are at their peak during the fall and spring, when the weather is just right and you can bare a bit of skin without freezing or appearing inappropriate. That means, right this second is the perfect time to start plotting your workwear for the new season. Spice things up (but not too much) with a lime green turtleneck sweater layered beneath a blazer and paired with a silky printed midi skirt. White leather boots help to keep things from looking stiff, and the right pair of sunnies can take you straight to happy hour.

A Functional And Fashionable Look To Try For Work
Photo via: My Chameleon
'Dressing for success' may be an outdated phrase but the essentials behind the phrase definitely aren't. Corporate pieces don't have to be totally boring to be appropriate for the office. Instead of a basic white button down, try a longline funnel neck shirt with a high-low hem. Instead of simple slacks, go for cropped tuxedo pants. Rather than black ballet flats add some shine with patent leather loafers. The best workwear wardrobe comes from a solid foundation of build-able pieces.

+ Ellery Iman Funnel Neck Shirt
+ Rag & Bone Nightingale High/Low Cotton Shirt
+ Ellery White Duke Slim Tux Pant

This J.Crew Look Works Perfectly for Weekends and Workdays
Photo via: J.Crew
While we adore shopping for the hell of it, spending your hard-earned money on pieces that'll serve you in more than one environment is key to creating a functional wardrobe. There's nothing worse than putting all of your eggs (salary) into one basket (workwear or weekend wear). J.Crew has released some new digs that easily connect both worlds. On top, a white puff-sleeve top and on the bottom, a pair of stretchy twill not-your-teachers khaki trousers. Finish off the look with some easy sneakers and dangling earrings. PS: Everything is on major sale right now.

Forget The Pencil Skirt, Try This Summer Office Look Instead
Photo via: @shhtephs
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again; depending on your field, workwear isn’t exclusive to muted pencil skirts and tucked in button down shirts. When paired correctly (and smartly) you can have fun with your office looks, too. This blogger did that perfectly by throwing a double-breasted summer jacket over a printed blouse. Instead of slacks, she opted for high waisted white River Island trousers and rather than picking a simple pump, she kept things seasonal and chic with a pair of strappy heeled sandals.

2 Unexpected Business Casual Looks to Try Now
Photos via: Collage Vintage
Dressing for work can be quite drab, especially at a 9-to-5. But, it doesn't have to be. This season, runways inspired the masses to play up their work uniforms, serving you plenty of options in new shapes and lengths. Go for cropped sweaters, vinyl pencil skirts, and cuffed pants in a soft fabric like the street style stars at Milan Fashion Week. Get ready to give your office uniform a promotion and forget about those plain cardigans and ballet flats.

A Neutral Way to Lighten Up Your Workwear This Fall
Photo via: Sandra Semburg
There are only so many grey and black outfits a gal can wear before it becomes mundane and absolutely boring. Before you fall into an office wear rut, try a lighter, neutral color for some added energy, style, and interest. At London Fashion Week, this stylish babe was spotted in our new go-to pantsuit combination: a cream-colored double-breasted blazer, matching pants, and a pair of camel colored heels. A statement earring and crossbody bag bring the chic outfit to the next level.
